Responsibilities
- Recruitment & On boarding: Manage job postings & candidate tracking.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all digital personnel files are securely maintained.
- Follow through with off boarding procedures and exit interviews.
- Handle conflict with resolution. Serving as a liaison between management and employees.
- Benefits administrator. Maintain health insurance policies, managing open enrollment.
- Utilize Share Point to build and maintain a centralized, secure HR document library. (Policies, handbooks, and compliance records.)
- iSolved Administration- Guide store management on iSolved platform. Ensuring accuracy of 85 employees.
- Act as the internal "champion" for Microsoft Teams, using it to coordinate with store managers and streamline internal communications
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Willing to cross train to support staff.
